RENTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Holding deposit (1 week's rent) - To reserve the property

• The Rent - As agreed on the property and specified in the tenancy agreement

• Security deposit (5 week's rent) - To cover any damage

• Lost of keys charge - Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys

• Change of sharer (£50) - Cover the cost of preparation of new legal documents

• Early termination -  Should the tenant wish to leave the property early, they are liable to pay landlord cost for re-letting the property as well as all the rent due until the new tenancy commence
